كان فكر الاستدامة من أهم مرتكزات الرؤى المستقبلية والخطط التنموية الخمسية المتعاقبة في سلطنة عمان منذ بداية السبعينيات من القرن الماضي وحتى الآن ، كذلك كانت السلطنة شريكاً فاعلاً في كافة المنتديات والمداولات الأممية والإقليمية التي تمخّض عنها الإعلان عن أهداف التنمية المستدامة في سبتمبر 2015، ومنذ ذلك الحين ، سعت السلطنة إلى ترجمة التزامها الدولي بتحقيق تلك الأهداف بحلول عام 2030 إلى استراتيجيات طويلة الأجل وخطط وبرامج عمل متوسطة وقصيرة…
