This side event introduced the examples and demonstrations for partnerships in post-pandemic world where most nations has exposed the challenges and opportunities in our system. With 2020 marking the onset of the "Last Decade of Action" for the SDGs, it is time to ensure that global partnership opportunities do not recede further from the reach of those who need it the most and what we learn for a post-pandemic world. This side event will feature solutions and examples from the webinar series related with SDG 15 on life on land, and SDG 17 on partnerships for the Goals. Panelists will be presenting key findings of their analysis related with previous HLPFs, highlighting the disconnect between the ambition of the 2030 agenda and the attention given to the transformative policies in such areas as tackling climate change, sustainable development and global partnership.
