We will present the Latin America & the Caribbean experience in the work between different groups of CS including thematic networks , governments and UN agencies especially ECLAC. Considering the negative impact of COVID19 in the countries and the challenges created for CS and other stakeholders as well as governments we will address those challenges especially considering climate change, the right to education , gender equality and the right to safe and healthy cities .
