Finding: Russian Federation dedicated a chapter to reporting national measures in response to COVID-19, clustering them under four main groups, namely an anti-crisis plan; non-working days due to a self-isolation regime; a limitation of flights, state border crossings, as well as humanitarian aid and assistance to foreign partners in combatting COVID-19; and actions to ensure sustainable economic development. Each group is linked to a subset of SDGs considered the most directly affected by measures taken or to be taken.
