United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) with Global Alliance for Reporting on SDG 16, World Justice Project, National Institute of Geography and Statistics of Mexico, National Bureau of Statistics of Nigeria
This side event will invite participants to reflect on challenges and good practices for monitoring SDG 16, including its various targets. UNODC has invited speakers from the UN System, Member States and civil society to look at how different stakeholders contribute to the monitoring of different targets under SDG 16, as well as the various ways in which they can be assessed. The event will be hosted in an interactive “talk show” style with opportunities for participants to ask questions to the different experts.
