Finding: ‘Statistics Estonia’ developed a ‘Tree of Truth,’ an open data dashboard for national strategic program monitoring, including the Estonian National Strategy on Sustainable Development and the National Development Plan, ‘Estonia 2035.’ This tool presents information on the country’s progress towards the achievement of its goals as a ‘tree-shape’ data visualization in which branches represent core topics, its leaves are subtopics related to the branch, and leaf colors show the level of progress made towards the achievement of goals linked to them, making its navigation intuitive and accessible both for experts and non-experts.
