Issue: Leaving no one behind
Finding: The 2030 Agenda commitment to "leave no one behind" (LNOB) is at the core of the VNR of Guyana. To operationalize the LNOB promise, Guyana developed its national definition. It is presented as a mandate to "take deliberate steps and actions to ensure that all segments of our population count, including our indigenous population, as well as those furthest behind or who currently have the least opportunities, are considered first and prioritized."
