Finding: The country VNR data was prepared by an interagency working group including representatives from the government, civil society, international organizations, the private sector, and independent experts, under the supervision of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy. Consequently, the final dataset includes inputs from official and non-official sources. Among the last, we could mention data from the Economic Research Institute of the Akhmet Yassawi University on SDG coverage in national Planning documents, and the State Republican Enterprise ‘Kazhydromet’ on country water resources.
