Finding: Promoting a sustainable industrialization processes is a national priority and increasing youth employment opportunities is considered critical in this regard. To create a win-win scheme involving government, the private sector, and youth, a Youth Economic Initiative Fund was established to mobilize seed financial resources supporting young entrepreneurs.
