The best opportunity to slow the rate of near-term warming globally and in sensitive regions such as the Arctic is by cutting emissions of short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs) – most notably methane, black carbon and some hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs). Linking Cannabis and hemp policies to sustainable development and human rights

The initiative consists in collaborative research between civil society organizations, researchers, and affected populations. It analyzes the interlinkages between sustainable development, human rights, environmental issues, and the various laws, policies, and practices related to the Cannabis sativa L. plant.
