An annual, independent review and analysis of how governments are implementing the 2030 Agenda. This study examines the VNR reports submitted to HLPF every year, as well as a sample of related civil society reports. The review provides an assessment of progress on SDGs implementation, identifies best practices, and suggests improvements to VNR reports and processes. We also provide recommendations on how governments, civil society organizations (CSOs) and other stakeholders can improve their efforts towards 2030 Agenda implementation and reporting.
