This multilingual tool seeks to enable governments, stakeholders, and development partners alike to examine and strengthen the quality of their stakeholder engagement practices at different stages of the 2030 Agenda cycle, as well as during preparation or follow-up of VNRs. It is comprised of a review matrix and a user guide and includes guidance on the implications of COVID-19.
