Finding: Following the 2030 Agenda adoption the national government promoted a dialogue with and among provinces (sub-national administrations), signing agreements to jointly implement and follow up the SDGs at both federal and local levels. Governors established a Provincial Governments National Network for the SDGs, providing inputs to the VNR on local governments' efforts to implement the SDGs.
