Finding: To ensure inclusive reporting, Benin has created a Coordination, Monitoring, and Evaluation mechanism led by a Steering Committee made up of representatives from the Government, the National Assembly, technical and financial external partners, academia, the private sector, civil society, trade unions, local governments, womens’ federations, associations of persons with disabilities, and youth. The Steering Committee reports directly to Benin's President.
