Ministerial Declaration
The outcome of the HLPF and the high-level segment of ECOSOC is a negotiated ministerial declaration. The President of ECOSOC has appointed H.E. Ms. Suela Janina, Permanent Representative of Albania to the United Nations and H.E. Mr. Michael Imran Kanu, Permanent Representative of Sierra Leone to the United Nations as co-facilitators for the consultative process for the ministerial declaration of the high-level segment of the 2026 session of the Economic and Social Council and the HLPF.
